Some publishers ask fan projects to show a particular notice. Where they do, it's below, word for word. Where they don't, we give a plain statement instead.
Blizzard Entertainment (Overwatch, StarCraft II)
The Overwatch tool uses hero portraits and map art from Overwatch, and the home page uses key art from both games, under Blizzard's permission for non-commercial fan use on web pages.

Riot's "Legal Jibber Jabber" policy asks fan projects that use Riot's assets to show a notice saying so. We don't use any Riot art or other Riot assets, only the names of the games, so that notice doesn't apply. Counterpick Coach isn't endorsed or sponsored by Riot Games and doesn't reflect the views or opinions of Riot Games or anyone officially involved in producing or managing Riot Games properties.
Valve (Dota 2, Deadlock)
The home page uses Valve's store art for Dota 2 and Deadlock. Valve hasn't published a policy for fan websites. Counterpick Coach is not affiliated with or endorsed by Valve Corporation.

Our own artwork
The cover images for League of Legends, Valorant, Wild Rift, 2XKO, Apex Legends, Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, Pokémon Unite, Street Fighter 6, Tekken 8, SMITE 2, Paladins, Marvel Rivals, FragPunk, Honor of Kings, Mobile Legends: Bang Bang, Strinova and The Finals are original artwork made for Counterpick Coach by FALLINGHIPPO LIMITED. They don't come from the games, and the games' owners haven't made, seen or approved them. Until a cover is ready, the game is shown by name. The hero and operator tiles on our game pages are our own work too.
Data sources
Statistics such as win rates come from public sources, credited on the page where they're used, with the date we checked them. Facts and figures are restated in our own words and design. We don't copy other sites' images or tables.
Our own name and mark
The Counterpick Coach name, the C mark, the site's design, code and text, and the data we've put together belong to FALLINGHIPPO LIMITED. See the terms of use for what you can do with them.
Asking us to remove something
If you own the rights in something on the site and you'd like it changed or taken down, email legal@counterpickcoach.com with "Removal request" in the subject. Please include:
- your name and the company you act for;
- the page address and what you'd like removed or changed;
- what you own (for example the game or the artwork).
We'll reply within 2 working days and, if the request is from the rights holder, remove the item while we look into it. If we think it shouldn't be removed, we'll explain why. We keep removal requests for 6 years (see the privacy notice).
