This statement covers counterpickcoach.com: the home page, the Overwatch tool at /overwatch/, the Rainbow Six Siege X tool at /siege/ and the site's information pages. It's run by FALLINGHIPPO LIMITED.
We want as many people as possible to be able to use it. You should be able to:
- use every part of it with a keyboard alone
- zoom in up to 400% without text spilling off the screen
- use it on a screen as narrow as 320 pixels without scrolling sideways
- turn off animation with your device's reduce-motion setting
- use it with a screen reader or voice control
AbilityNet has advice on making your device easier to use if you have a disability.
How accessible the site is
This website is partially compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.2 AA standard. That's because nobody who uses a screen reader has tested it yet, so we can't say for certain that it works well with one.
Problems we know about
None at the moment. Our own checks haven't found a place where the site fails the standard.
Reporting a problem
If something on the site doesn't work for you, or you need information in a different format, tell us with the Send feedback link at the bottom of every page. Say which page, what you were trying to do and what device and browser you use. We aim to reply within 10 working days.
If you're not happy with our reply, the Equality Advisory and Support Service can advise you.
How we tested
We last tested the site on against WCAG 2.2 level AA. We tested it ourselves, on the home page, the Overwatch and Siege tools and every information page, with:
- automated checks with axe-core 4.14, on a phone-sized and a desktop-sized screen
- the first press of the Tab key on every page, which should land on the skip link (the Siege tool has no skip link yet, and its header has only one link)
- a 320-pixel-wide screen, for sideways scrolling
- the reduce-motion setting turned on and off
- the size and spacing of links and buttons: a few are smaller than 24 pixels, and the standard allows that where there is enough space around them
Earlier checks, on 3 and 6 October, also used Lighthouse 13.5, a keyboard-only walk through each page, and the Overwatch tool in the engine Safari uses.
The site hasn't yet been tested by a person using a screen reader. That's next: NVDA on Windows and VoiceOver on iPhone.
